Healthy Pet Mobile Vet is a vet house call service dedicated to helping well-loved pets attain and maintain good health.
Vet house call visits include a full consultation and clinical exam. Our consultations are substantially longer than the average, providing you with plenty of time to discuss your concerns, allow for a full clinical exam and a well rounded plan for addressing your pet’s condition. We pride ourselves in providing a personal service to our clients and high quality care for our patients. Dr Bronwen has Membership of the Australian and New Zealand Veterinary College in Veterinary Behaviour Medicine, is Certified in Low Stress Handling and is a Fear Free Certified Professional – we’re committed to providing veterinary health care and experiences that are as relaxed and pleasant for your pet and you.
We accept referrals from other veterinarians and trainers for Behaviour Consultations. Please see our Behaviour Consultations page to find out more about these services.
For general consultations, if required, a referral to an appropriate veterinary or specialist centre can be arranged.
Ongoing Medication, Food, and Pet Products:
Food, special order medications, tick and flea preventatives and dewormers can all be delivered at the same time as a consultation, if prearranged.
Payment is required at the time of consultation. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
Pet Insurance Processing:
We will assist you in filling out your forms so that you can submit a claim to your insurance provider as soon as possible.

What does all of this mean for you?
You will have quality veterinary care provided to your pet, at home, at a time that suits you.
Please ensure email requests are at least 24hours in advance of the request time. If you’d like an appointment sooner, please call.
If your pet needs urgent attention, please contact Pet Emergency on 3359 5333 (Stafford Heights) or 3384 2233 (North Lakes) or BVECCS (Albany Creek).
End of life care:
When saying a final good-bye to a beloved pet, it is less distressing for you and your pet when you’re in familiar surroundings. If you are unsure about whether that time has come, we are able to provide some guidance to help you with your decision.
Please note: Safety to our staff and your pet are most important to us. We reserve the right not to treat or transport your pet if we feel there is a risk to either our staff or your pet’s safety.
